Open Monday - Saturday from 9am - 3pm.
For the past two decades, Emeri De Bortoli has lovingly cultivated her stunning fourteen-acre garden, adjacent to the De Bortoli winery in Bilbul.
Emeri's visionary touch has transformed this former rice paddy into an enchanting oasis, offering a multitude of breathtaking vistas.
The garden is planted to natives and hardy exotics designed to withstand drought, floods, frost and extreme heat. It boasts vast manicured lawns, elegant dry stone walls, tranquil dry riverbeds, charming garden rooms,
a curated rose collection, inviting pathways, a whimsical folly, delightful cherry and wisteria walks and more.
A standout feature is the native billabong garden, complete with a spectacular waterfall designed by the renowned native and water garden specialist Philip Johnston.
Book your tour and report to Cellar Door to obtain your garden map. We ask that you stick to the paths and do not enter areas marked 'PRIVATE NO ENTRY' for safety and security reasons.
When booking you have the option to add a wine tasting and/or anti pasto platter.
We recommend you wear a hat, sunscreen and sturdy shoes.
In summer we recommend morning tours to avoid the afternoon heat.
*Note: We still offer guided tours for $25pp. This must be booked, via telephone enquires 02 696 60111 or bilbul_cellardoor@debortoli.com.au
